The Wardrobes We Envied in 2010!

As 2010 disappears, it leaves a trail of pivotal events. The year has had it's highs and lows, but it's been a great one! So as 2011 appears with fireworks and champagne, I thought I would reflect of some of the glamour of 2010- namely the most stylish ladies who really came into their own this year.

First up, we have a total icon who, this year, shook the fashion world.

With the release of SATC 2 (let's not comment on the film...), the lady behind everyone's favourite fashionista, Carrie, became the real star of the show.

I've always absolutely adored Sarah Jessica Parker, I think she is just fantastic. I don't care what people may say about her, I think she carries off high fashion with a flair we can only dream of. And this year, she proved this to the world!

Valentino, Vivienne Westwood, Alexander McQueen, Marchesa... Who wouldn't kill to parade around in dresses by these fashion superpowers? Neon chiffon, dark luscious florals, black tulle- SJP's gowns for the SATC 2's premieres were just the stuff of dreams. She looked like she'd waltzed straight off a Haute Couture catwalk.

She also does casual to perfection- she never looks boring or ordinary, there's always that little extra sparkle (usually an Louis Vuitton leopard scarf or some delicious Nicholas Kirkwood heels). She outshone everyone else at London Fashion Week this year with her gorgeous outfit at the Burberry Prorsum show and her shoe collection is nothing short of envious! She even makes UGGs acceptable. She has great style and has really come into her own this year.

All this perfect dressing aside, SJP has also stepped into fashion business with a creative role in Halston Heritage- which she promoted in SATC 2 with her gorgeous jersey dresses. She made us all crave that little white wrap dress that would flatter every figure, i'm still lusting after it. Despite her partnership with the brand facing recent troubles, it has meant she has definitely earned her crown as one of fashion's biggest stars!
